EULA - End User License Agreement

Redimensionneur is a free software released under Donaciel License. That is to say, it's your choice if you want to reward the author or not and its amount.

1. Grant of License.
You can distribute this software freely around you, copy it and use it on as many workstations as you like provided that the original package is not modified or altered.

2. Restrictions.
You are not authorized to reverse engineer the software product, decompile, disassemble the software, or do a "reverse engineering" , to modify or create derivative software or any part of the program.

Selling Redimensionneur is strictly prohibited regardless of the means used.

3. Term license.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under that license will terminate automatically without notice from the author if you fail to comply with any of its provisions. Upon termination of this license, you shall cease all use of the software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the software.

4. Support and future versions.
Direct assistance by e-mail and forum is open to any user, the author reserves the right to not respond in the message content.

The software comes "as is" and no change (improvement and / or correction) will be taken until the next version. However, suggestions can be sent to the author who may if they wish, add the requested features to the new software version.

5. Disclaimer of warranties.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the software is at your own risk and that the entire risk as to quality, performance, accuracy and handling is based on satisfying you. 6. Limitation of liability.
In no event shall the author / vendor of the software be liable for personal injury, or any incidental, special, indirect or consequential, including without limitation, damages due to lost profits, lost data, interruption of business, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss resulting from the use or inability to use this product, whatever the cause.

Moreover, the author can not be held responsible for any problems occurring on the computer using Redimensionneur, and this, that the software or not, directly or indirectly related.

7. Complete agreement.
This License constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of the software that accompanies this license, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or, in this regard. Only the French license prevails.
